PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display product information, ingredients and images accurately. Actual product packaging may vary slightly from website images. All ingredient doses and nutritional information on our website reflect the current formulation — if a formula changes, the website is updated.
Clear Supps products are food supplements — not medicines and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescription medication. Keep out of reach of children.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice — however, the price you are charged is the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases a full refund is issued.
Customers may cancel orders within 2 hours of placement before fulfilment begins. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp for cancellation requests.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on clearsupps.in — including brand name, logos, product names (Scarface Pre-Workout, Big Bubble Butt, ClearSupps Creatine Monohydrate, ClearSupps EAA, Whey Too Good, Marine Collagen), imagery, copy and design — is the intellectual property of Black Essentials USA LLC and Iron Asylum India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Clear Supps products are manufactured to FSSAI standards and independently tested. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Iron Asylum India Pvt. Ltd. and Black Essentials USA LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. These terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000 and all other applicable Indian legislation.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong products are replaced at no cost regardless of whether they've been opened. We fix the product, not just your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for sealed, unopened products within the 7-day return window — subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, a full refund is issued instead. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
